Questions, answered.
Do my scan photos get uploaded anywhere?
No. Facial scan photos are processed on your device and are not transmitted to our AI provider. Only text-based skin information — concerns, severity, detected conditions — is sent, and only after you agree to it in the app.
Is CURA a medical device?
No. CURA gives cosmetic and informational guidance only. It does not diagnose or treat conditions and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist. For severe conditions or allergic reactions, see a professional.
How much does it cost?
CURA is free to download and try. Full access is a subscription — monthly, yearly, or a one-off lifetime unlock — and selected plans start with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store. Billing is handled by Apple, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing help@try-cura.app. Scan images are never retained in the first place.
Is there an Android version?
CURA is iOS-first today. Android is on the roadmap — email us if you'd like to be told when it lands.
